Vicus Bouwer has over 18 years’ experience working on some of Africa’s largest and most successful real estate developments including West Hills Mall and The Junction in Ghana.

Formerly a Divisional Director at Broll, one of Africa´s leading commercial property services companies serving the investor and occupier markets, Vicus has worked in markets right across Africa. He has been involved in various projects in Kenya, including Garden City and Village Market, and has supported various retailers there including Carrefour, LC Waikiki, Steers, Mugg n Bean to name a few.

Vicus is now the Founder and CEO RetailX Global, which services clients across the continent and is currently working on projects in Kenya, Ghana, Cameroon, South Africa and Zambia.
