VM is known for his strong strategic thinking and hands-on expertise, making him a key driver for growth and innovation. He holds a Bachelor’s in Architecture, a Master’s in Project Management, and has completed the Real Estate Management Program at Harvard. Asa Professional Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and an Accredited Professional of the India Green Building Council (IGBC), VM is also a champion of sustainability in retail development.
