Scott Pryde is an award-winning architect with 25+ years of international experience in retail planning, architecture, and mixed-use development. He specialises in commercially driven, context-responsive malls and lifestyle destinations shaped by a deep understanding of place, people, and long-term performance.
He has design-led major retail projects across the UK, Asia, and the Middle East, including Yas Mall Abu Dhabi, Dubai Hills Regional Mall, Sport Society Mall Dubai, Jubail Island Souk Abu Dhabi, Meadows Community Mall Dubai, Al Rashid Mall Khobar, The Point Mall Abha, Ehteraf Thumamah Jeddah, Souq 7 Jeddah, Madinah Gate Mixed Use, and Khamis Mushait Mall - spanning strategy and massing through to delivery.
Named Architect of the Year 2024 by Design Middle East, he leads Spectrum Design Studio with a narrative-led, retail-first approach grounded in culture, customer behaviour, and emerging trends.
