Al Tanmiya Realty Development Company is developing a strategic site on Ahmed Al-Jaber Street in Kuwait City. The project will feature an 58-storey tower. The site will feature a 200-room Mandarin Oriental Hotel, a commercial office of 40,000 m2 as well as 3 retail and food and beverage districts of approximately 12,000 m2 of  GLA.
